Freebie Friday - Goal-Setting Worksheet

Happy Friday! We accomplished another week, and we're even approaching the end of a month. In fact, HALF of 2018 is just about gone. Where oh where does the time go? It's FLYING by. But in a good way, really. It's been about a month since my productivity as really kicked up and I'm super pleased with how this year is going now. It's incredible how fast it's soaring by, but it's all good around here. I'm even approaching this half-year mark with some realistic goal-setting ideas. So that's been fun and good too! And today I'd like to offer you another freebie to help YOU set some goals. And, as always, there are two versions for you to choose from. So let's do it!

My favorite thing about this printable is that it helps you set goals, pinpoint a deadline, outline what you need to do, and brainstorm the reward for achieving said goal. Rewards can be the thing to keep us going, and sometimes we need more of a reward than just finishing the project or succeeding in hitting the deadline. A reward can be anything you want it to be (like a hot bath, your favorite candy, a new pair of shoes) as long as it's something attainable, within your means, and truly desired. All of these components (knowing the goal, the deadline, what you need to do, and the reward) can be just the thing you need ot help you succeed. So print this sheet and set some goals! You got this!

How to use: In the big rectangles, write down your goals. Then be realistic with how long it'll take you to get it done and record deadlines. List out the steps you need to take in order to accomplish these goals, and use the last open box to mark down what you'll reward yourself with when you're done. Lastly, be sure to follow through! This is just a piece of paper you've written on if you put no action behind it. Enjoy the ride, but get it done.
